Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

All sales through the Sun Path Online Store are subject to a 10% restocking fee. No refunds will be given, only store credit. If you are not sure you are buying the correct part, please contact us at 910.875.9002 or shop@sunpath.com. All shipping time starts at order completion, not order placement. Parts orders will usually ship within two weeks.

If you have selected UPS Ground or FedEx Ground service, then the maps below show an estimated delivery timeframe once your items ship from Sun Path. Order Tracking Information

Typically, when your order ships from Sun Path, we will apply a tracking number to your order which will either be sent to you via email (the address on your account) or will be made available to view on the order history area of your online account.

International Shipping (Outside of the U.S.)

All international shipments will be charged based on the weight and destination of their order. Payment is in US currency only. We ask that you please be aware of local custom and importation laws. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. We cannot be held responsible or accountable for any taxes, duties, tariffs or any quarantine fees or package warehousing fees assessed by your local customs office. If an item is returned to us due to a customs related issue, you will only be credited, less the restocking fee, for merchandise when the package is returned to us in the same condition it was sent.

  • International orders will take longer for delivery. Shipping can take days for express shipping to a couple weeks or longer. In limited situations it may take months. There are too many variables with international shipping, although there usually are not any issues. Rarely, but sometimes customs is waiting for you to pay additional fees, or they may refuse to even let the package come in. It is rare that a package gets lost. As stated above, Sun Path Products, Inc. is not responsible if you do not receive your package.
  • No refund of any kind will be issued for orders seized or destroyed by Customs. If the order is returned to us in its original, undamaged, and resalable condition, a refund will be issued for the price of the merchandise only. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
