Changes and/or cancellations may be made at no cost for up to 14 days after the order confirmation has been sent from Sun Path Products, Inc. After 14 days and up to 6 weeks prior to the expected completion date (sent with the confirmation letter) Order Changes may be made at a rate of $50.00 per request. A Request is defined as each separate form of communication to make a change.
For example:
You may make as many changes as you like in one request, but if another separate request is made there will be an additional $50.00 charge. Cancellations made between the 14 days and 6 weeks prior to the expected completion date will be charged $200.00 per rig. No changes or cancellations are allowed during the final 6 week period. Dates are determined by the date the information is received by Sun Path Products, Inc. Our goal is to become more efficient with time and costs for everyone involved. Thank you for your business.
